Overview

BestBuddies is an iOS app designed to help you remember and care for important personal relationships through contact tracking, reminders, birthdays, meetings, widgets, and related social activity tools.

This policy explains what information the app may handle and how it is used.

Information You Provide

The app may store information you enter, such as your name, friend names, photos or avatars, preferred contact apps, birthdays, reminder frequency, quick reminders, notes, meeting details, and interaction history.

Contacts, Calendar, and Notifications

BestBuddies may request permission to access Contacts, Calendar, and Notifications when those features are used. Contacts access can help you add or link people faster. Calendar access can help create follow-up or meeting events. Notifications are used to send reminders you configure.

These permissions are controlled by iOS and can be changed at any time in the Settings app.

Local Storage

Relationship data is intended to be stored on your device using Apple platform storage. Widgets may receive a limited local snapshot so they can show useful information on the Home Screen.

Purchases

If BestBuddies Pro is available, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. BestBuddies does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics and Tracking

BestBuddies does not sell your personal relationship data. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Children

BestBuddies is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the app evolves. The latest version will be available on this page.
