Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using BestBuddies, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose of the App
BestBuddies helps you organize personal relationship reminders, friend details, birthdays, quick reminders, meetings, widgets, and related activity. The app is provided as a productivity and personal organization tool.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you add to the app, the reminders you create, and how you use contact, calendar, notification, and communication features on your device.
Subscriptions and Purchases
If BestBuddies Pro is offered, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method handling are managed by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
No Warranty
BestBuddies is provided as is and as available. While the app is designed to be useful and reliable, no guarantee is made that reminders, widgets, calendar events, notifications, or other features will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergio Tijero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BestBuddies.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of BestBuddies after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
